Default Hotel in Heathrow

I'm going home via Heathrow this week and need a hotel there for a night that's reasonably priced, easily accessible from St. Pancras and walkable to terminals (whichever terminal Delta flies out of). Not too much to ask, right? If anyone has any helpful info to share, I'd appreciate it. My company doesn't have a contract hotel there and the hotel they have used in the past wants $300+ for 1 night and is not forthcoming with a discount.
Thanks M²

I usually stay at the Marriott, lots of crew discounts and shuttle to pick you up, and just down the street from the subway stop to the city.

I tried calling the Marriott...the agent had never heard of Fedex and wasn't giving any discounts. GBP 199!
I did find out I need Terminal 4 if that narrows down the hotel search. Also...any info about transportation from St Pancras to Heathrow...getting to London late night (2200) weekday.

I'm not sure if the Heathrow Express runs that late but its worth looking into. Also, the Sofitel in Terminal 5 is a good place, I got a good rate there before but can't remember what it was.

Which Marriott, call the one in Windsor, and then take the hoppa bus from either the central bus station, or terminal 5, for 7 pound round trip.

There are two red public buses that are free from Term 4 to Term 5 - one is 482 I forget the other one. Ask someone downstairs after you exit immigration.
