Default Atlas/Polar Air Hiring

From Aero Crew Solution::

"Atlas Air will be accepting resumes effective 8/13/12 for interviews in the fall. Hiring will occur throughout the fall and the spring 2013. Atlas Air operates the world’s largest fleet of Boeing 747 freighter aircraft.

Minimum Requirements:

2000 hours of total time

500 hours of turbine time

FAA Multi-Engine ATP Certification

Current FAA Class 1 Medical

FCC Radio License

Current Passport / No restrictions on International Travel

Successful 10 year security background check and DOT pre-employment drug test

Legal authorization to work in the United States"

Few questions regarding the company. I am currently few hundred hours shy of minimum total time requirement. Given the quality of candidates available today, will they be willing to talk at 1800TT? Also, How is the pay structure & work rules? I am also interested about knowing the interview process and their ideal candidate. Current employees please feel free to chime in.

Regards,
