It strikes me a bit like bidding on something on Ebay, where the seller says things like "Item in pictures is not the actual item up for bid", "Seller cannot guarantee item will function as originally designed", and "May or may not be shipped in its original packaging". Oh, and the seller has about a 50% satisfaction rating on items previously sold.
But maybe I'm putting too much thought into it.
