Coming here from Alaska IMO is a bad move. $ is not the be all end all many here spout so they can feel better about working for these total morons for 30 years.
And I've been here 21 years! Working for a company that has Barn Siding for it's Training Center construction should tell you something day one. They are Cheap and will fight any safety initiative if it costs a penny. Sad.

Money isn't everything, but you have to admit that there's a substantial difference between 84k and 160k in the second year. How bout the fact that you might be able to stop freaking working before you're 65.
