What's the hiring landscape like over there? Is OAI feeling much of a pinch or are they still sitting on a large stack of applicants like Atlas, JB, Spirit, etc.?

no real effect -- losing people to the legacys, Fedex mostly --
but plenty of pilots being hired

Depends on if your Dad is friends with the CEO, they have made that exception before.
