Negative. Negotiation delay after delay with no positive news from union really. Only thing repeated over and over is 12 year Captain pay.

we currently are staffed for the planes we have and there was only one resignation and one retirement this month. I would think after the contract is settled we will see some people moving on and some growth with aircraft orders and other longer term contracts. I think the contract will be an improvement but wont be able to hold a candle to Americans contract and the improvements at all the other legacy and major carriers. There will be people leaving that are not attached to being based here in MSP. I would bet we will either be hiring or shutting down in the near future.... So take that for what you want.

There's a lot of uncertainty. You're right, whatever is in store is entirely unknown to the pilot group.
