We have been doing some job fairs. Hiring is going to stop for about 2 months for the summer but we will resume prob end of July or August . 54 new hires this year and 24 upgrades 822sy comes on line this month and we're currently looking for more planes .

Depending on the time of year and where you fall in seniority the lines are between 70-94. With 150% flying and deading which pays and doesn't count towards 117. I've heard guys crediting up to 150 hours a month. I credit probably 1300 hours a year and fly about 80-90 hours a month. You can make 100+ 3rd or 4th year. With the new contract 5th year FO pay for a new hire will be 98/HR.
