I know they are running a new hire class of 12 in July and August. Not sure totally interviewing. My Guess would be if they hire 12 maybe they interview 20-30... If they bring you in they want to hire you unless you prove them otherwise... I know of guys who did not get hired in the first interview or maybe they called them back in for a second evaluation. Just relax and be yourself.

Any classes projected after August? I was offered an August class but was curious how many more they plan on hiring this year.

Hey guys. I have an interview this Monday! I am really excited albeit nervous. I got the call for the interview a couple days ago. I've never gone into an interview with such little time between the call and date.

I have heard the interview is pretty laid back and its more about finding out if you would fit in. That's good, as my current employers interview was like that as well.

If anyone could PM that has gone through the interview in the last month or two, that would be huge and much appreciated. Thanks a lot

The only thing I've heard is they have added a hogan type test.
Not sure who is all doing the interviews now as we have a new chief pilot and lots of new internal folks...
It will probably be you and 2-3 company people just having a conversation and asking questions about your resume, personality, qualities, situational experiences... Sorry I don't have any specifics. Maybe someone who has interviews in the last month or two could chime in.

Default QoL for commuters

I was wondering how the QoL is for commuters? I would me commuting from Seatlle. It seems like a fun small company, but maybe too small for a dedicated commute.

Commuting wouldn't be advised. The reason is Seattle is a seasonal flight so you would be fighting for a jump seat on delta or Alaska in the winter.... We've had people do it. If I lived in Seattle I would apply to Delta, Alaska, or Virgin.

Default Pay Scales

Is the Sun Country payscale on APC correct? I know you guys just recently got a new contract, but those look like they might be old pay rates.
