Some lines might have a hard fly of 95 hours some might only hard fly 60. Min credit is 75 hours for first year , and 2nd year on is 70.
Reserve- you might only fly 20 hours one month, the next you might fly 65.
If you pick up and trade (PPE) 150% flying you might hard fly 90 and credit 120. Like Gooney said it depends on seniority and what you can hold.

I think they want 5000TT, PIC time, Crew and Glass time. They like 121 Rj guys, It doesnt hurt if you are from MSP or are moving there.

I was hired in October with 3800tt, 2500me, 2200 turbine, and 1100TPIC. Based on conversations on the line, I'm on the very low end for new hires.

Seems to be the unofficial position but my internal recommendation was a brand new hire so I don't know how much clout he holds yet. :roll eyes:

I'm sitting at about 10600 hours with about 6500 TPIC and they offered me a position. I'm really excited about it and am in the middle of my move to MSP.

I've always wanted to move back, having gone to college nearby and having roots there but I didn't know if it would really ever happen. It's happening and I couldn't be happier with the situation.
