You are speaking of "information" that concerns an ongoing Sec 19. Since you claim to have direct knowledge of this ongoing Sec 19, means the "information" that you are now sharing with all of us is a direct indication that a major leak/breach in the process has occurred.
With all the "facts" that you seem to have, and should NOT have, or shouldn't be sharing publicly, IMO JA is then correct to not trust our union.

Yes it's been reported, they are doing the ongoing investigation along with the numerous witness statements. I know you hope it will stay quiet until the elections are over since you a strong supporter of them.
Now, what is the procedure for those that continue to get the abuse by them? Another strongly worded report?

I would find this very comical if it wasn't for the fact that several crew members and FA s have been harassed by those on the NextGen slate that declare "Transparency" as one of their pledges. I guess Transparency only counts for others and not the NextGen slate.
1. Considering the number of people directly involved on Alexander and Knox cases, it doesn't really required a union insider. There are plenty directly involved to talk to that don't have a requirement of confidentiality to hide your candidates actions.
2. You assume that someone leaked it. Oh how naive. In this day and age.
3. There is no requirement to shield those under section 19 by the union or law, only the information back and forth between the company and union. That is more to minimize lawsuits. Think of it like getting booked. You get your picture taken, fingerprinted and in some states posted in the newspaper guilty or not.

Actually the NLRB does require the 'shield' unless things have changed in the last couple of years, and unless (to borrow a term) you naive, the reasons are obvious.
If I was the one under investigation and all this BS was flying around I would probably file a DFR to find out how it got out.
You know it would be a lot easier to believe or even trust some of the hate you spew if you would tell us who you are, as I said before I will tell you if you tell me, heck PM me and I won't tell a soul but I will get on here and be happy to give you my name.

Ok, I know this thread has taken a detour or two but I just "heard" some information about one of our pilots, if true, really really sucks!!!!
I just heard that one of our Captains wrote up an FO and if that is not bad enough did not tell the FO. If this is true what a piece of crap. I have been in this business a long long time and I have NEVER heard of this, ok some guys may drop dime to pro standards but not to the Chief Pilot!!!!
I am waiting for confirmation on the name and once I am 100% positive then I will post it but unlike many I will not post it until I am 1000000% sure!

If anyone knows Capt. Tom Holman please ask him about this and when he justifies his answer, and he will try justify his answer, just start laughing so that you know it is BS. That is the only way to get to some individuals is to actually laugh at the BS.
Not sure how this stuff plays at Atlas (i hope it doesn't) but I know at my last job, well lets just say, he would have some lonely trips.
