To get to those numbers, you must add in incentive pay for working over 16 days a month and a yearly bonus based on flight time(nobody has actually made it a year yet, so bonus is still a theory at this point).

I would take a job with Via Airlines if they won't reply back! I'm typed in the 145 with just over 1600 hours in it! Who do I need to contact?

I will talk to the DO tomorrow about it. They hired a new HR person and it may be mixing things up.

Hello again, just wondering if ViaAir picked up the three cities Silver lost to EAS bidding and are pulling out of first of the year? Also, sent in a resume a few weeks ago, have not heard a peep. Anyone else waiting to hear?

O.K. thanks for looking into this, are you currently staffed to pick up those 4 new cities? Also I talked with the new person that is now in HR a day or two after she took over the position, she told to send my resume directly to her. Can you suggest anything else to do, or just wait?
