Default Swift Aviation

I have a few questions on Swift Aviation. Does anyone know what the quality of life is there? Do you get typed in the X or Legacy right away? Do they hire you as a co-captain, or first officer? Thanks-

Worked for them 2000-2004.. It's a job, not a career..

Check your PM.

lots of politics and favoritism.. and schedule at the whim of a woman who's rather hormonal.

the crews are supposed to be home based but the DO makes special exceptions since really they operate crew more like a fractional. That legacy you always see in MMU belongs to a super high needs guy and swift manages it. My close friend is one of the CAs that flies it. Hard work and long says. Don't quit your FAR121 ca job for it.

The Legacy jets are 50% international, including managed planes in Germany and Russia.. the Citations are mostly North America.
