One word... RUN!!!! Worst reputation of any aviation company in FL.
Cons: No Sked, FO's Never fly the plane, CA's are all backstabbers who will say u did great and then tell mgnt u were horrible just to make themselves look good, could be gone for a month and they still want u to go in to wash planes and push papers on ur days off, want deice? grab a credit card and gloves!, no job security (3 yrs there? landed a little hard? fired the next day), firing happy chief pilot (title only, real CP is DO) with severe Gulfstream ego/little dick syndrome, 5'1 and tilts his head back as far as he can just so he can look down on you, Crap pay increases at the same rate as your knee rugburns, will fire you then say that u quit and sue u for the training contract (when sent to CAE/FSI), normal SIC training is an hr going over checklist followed by a walk around and 3 landings (unless they just pencil whip an 8710 and send u to europe without telling anyone), will call next employer and bad mouth you, Horrible mx! (Fuel leak? fly it over the Gulf into Mexico or ur fired), Numerous lawsuits against them, etc, etc, etc...
Pros: Will hire low time FO's so you can gain some multi time without shelling out cash. SIC Types on a resume.

They have left me several voice mails over the last few years. Each time I called them back I would get voice mail. They never had the consideration to return a call. Finally, I lost my patients and left them the message if that is the way they do business to stop calling me. It worked.
If you really want you can PM me and I'll give you the CP's mobile # when I get back in town. That way you can vent directly to his dumb azz. Although, I highly recommend you burn all contacts with them. Unless you want your pilot career to possibly be over before it really starts.... Lets just say they are under the FAA's microscope for MX and Operational Issues.
