Orlando/Central Florida is very frustrating. All the good ones are buddy buddy type jobs. Seems like all the job postings are JUST out of driving range too. I.E. south florida, etc.

I agree, the Orlando and the Tampa Bay Area is a very " who you know" enviroment. Start about Boca and go south through the Miami area is a busy market for Pilots. Not much on the west coast either. Going north is not much better until you get to the Atlanta-Charlotte area.
