Default Gulfstream Company pilot

What do you guys know about this position?
Have a buddy that wants more info, but I can only get some vague answers.

They have an opening in SAV for a Demo Pilot position. Just curious what all of the bennies are?
This gig better than 121?

Had a Gulfstream company pilot in my G150 class. The have 2 groups from what I remember. The demo and then the delivery pilots. From what I remember the delivery pilots are mostly contract guys, work approx 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Usually they deliver and crew the customers aircraft until they can hire or train their pilots and also fly with them until they acumulate a certain amount of hrs in type.

I knew that. I was not sure what the bennies were for the test/demo pilots.
