Same as a corporate job in any state...job sites like climbto350.com, and networking sites like ProPilotWorld and Business Aviation Central. The #1 best way to achieve a part 91 position (and this holds true for 135 positions also) is to NETWORK.

More to the point, what are your qualifications & background, and what kind of position are you looking for? There are plenty of corporate and charter operators in the buckeye state...

I was with Marathon Oil in Findlay until they came out with a company-wide VERP which allowed me to get back to Houston. Ashland, Inc. is just across the river from Cincinnatti at CVG. Send them a resume.

There are also some corporate operators around CMH and the Columbus area and a couple of others besides Marathon at Findlay. Timken Steel is at Akron and there are a few around Cleveland.
