Does anybody have the 2011 NBAA Jet II salaries for captain/sic?

Average: $82,774
Median: $82,000
25% Quartile: $70,000
75% Quartile: $94,814

Copilot - Jet II (10k < 20k lbs)
Base Salary
Average: $50,073
Median: $45,000
25% Quartile: $40,400
75% Quartile: $60,000
