Well, I believe they are hiring because they got approval to add another crew member. Even though they have only been around for just under three years, I believe they still have only had two pilots move out of the department.

What I can add about this place is don't apply unless you have or are working towards a Master's degree. The director puts a significant amount of importance on this.

the "other forums" don't provide much info on Exelon. Does anyone have any info on the health of the department, schedule, anything? On paper it looks like a solid place to work.
