KPTK or Detroit hiring
Hard to say without more details... What type of experience do you have? CFI, 1000 JET PIC, G550 typed?
Hard to break into corporate aviation on the east side without some serious networking. There are a number of on-demand freight operators that would be a great first step if regionals aren't your cup of tea ie. IFL, USA Jet.
Good luck!

I'd love to fly for IFL were it not for being on the 727's and Convairs requires you to fly sideways and read needles for who knows how long, but the Falcon might not be a bad gig..
