Default Falcon 900 Job

Hey guys...I saw a Falcon 900 job in my home town area...I am no where near qualified but just thought it would be fun to take a look and see what the requirements were.

One of the requirements for the FO seat was that you had to have 500 hours in type. I searched for another company that had a Falcon 900 and there FO requirement was also 500 hours in type...

How the hell are you supposed to get time in type if everyone requires you to already have time in type????? Thanks!

I have a friend that has a lear 60 out of PSM and was looking for an FO. I was talking to him about a job....

him: Where did you get your Lear type?
me: I don't have one
him: You should get one. How much 60 time do you have?
me: Man, you are the only one I know with a lear 60 and I flew it with you for 2 hours
him: yeah, you should get some more time in the 60
me: again, you are the only one I know with a lear.
him: yeah....

I would disagree. With insurance companies holding the minimums high, means also holding wages high too.

Gradywhite:

What do Falcon 900 operator's think of the new 7X? Have you heard of any of them putting in a order for one?
Just curious, the 900 and 7X are on my dream list.
