If you get scheduled for OE on X or Golden days, are you entitled to PB days?
Keep a close eye on it, though--apparently some newhires were improperly used on X days and not given PB days recently. I gather they've since been made whole and supposedly it won't happen again... but, "trust but verify" is probably a good plan....

Golden Days are X days, so the answer is the same for both: YES.

You should get the PB days as a result of working on those X days; it should be automatic, after the fact. If that doesn't happen for whatever reason, then you have something to talk to scheduling about. I'd give it a day or two after the last X day on duty and check to see if the PB days have shown up....

Can they use you on golden days for OE?
Yes. Your PBS-awarded schedule means nothing to the OE Planner. Anecdotally only, most of them will "try" to fit your OE around your X days, if only to keep you usable to the company following training (vs having PB days give you more days off later in the month)--but that's not guaranteed.
Communicating "I need ______ days off" to the OE Planners is done via iCrew; still not guaranteed, but if they can fit it (in seniority order), they're supposedly required to do so. Close-in, calling your planner may be the only means you have to change things.
