Hey 744 guys, how much can you bank the thing during a crosswind landing?
For the guys like Carl that are really really good you can go to 5.5 degrees of bank with 8-10 drgrees of pitch, but Carl would never go above about 6 degrees of pitch because he would never want to get close to a tail strike. For those who are not so good they land the thing in a crashing crab wings level and try to maintain wings level sometimes causing the brown streaks in the underwear!

bump... Icrew keeps logging me off in 1-2 minutes, and I have to relog into deltanet then icrew.

I've deleted cache and cookies, which fixed problem last time several months ago, but is not working now. Any other ideas? I can't stay on long enough to complete a PCS swap!
Thx for any help.

Check for a browser update. That may be causing your issue. I am not having the issue and I am on Firefox.

If there are reps who really believe that scope should be traded for cash, or, scope should "not be recaptured/tightened" for cash, or some other form of magic beans, then they should have the convictions of their beliefs and come right out and say it.

If a rep actually goes on record with this to a member, then that person has a duty to call them out on it. After all, it shouldn't be a secret if that's what they really believe...and if they believe it, they should be able to give a perfectly valid explanation, right?

I'm sure one of the Illuminati will come forth and say "well, they're not going to say that, because then people will get annoyed". Really...ya think? Well, ya, there's a good reason for that. If a lot of people get annoyed at what you say, then it's a pretty good guess that you don't represent what those people think, which means you should find another line of work, since being a representative is what you got elected to do.

I was having the same problem about a week ago. It came and went. It may have been because I downloaded a new version of Firefox and installed it. (I make that mistake about every two months). I Googled "Old version of Firefox and picked 3.6.23 and haven't had any problems since. If that doesn't work there's always eCrew. Good luck.

No problem, we're 30% overstaffed in NYC, we'll just farm out everything we can in time to those reserve guys, who will be willing to take anything they can get that doesn't start in NYC and will get themselves there for free...

The IMMEDIATE result would be:
1. sortie ho pilots would grab all they could, standard, with no thought towards the overall effect.
2. reserves would drop. 15% pilot manning cut BAM. At today's retirement forecasts, this results in either furloughs or another 6 years stagnation.
3. All bases except the fat one would NOT have enough manning to do swaps and drops, and quality of life for everyone would immediately drop.

ABSOLUTE WORST THING that could happen.
Remember: your goal is MORE pilots, and BETTER quality of life. We already know from our DCI discussions that there will always be some pilot willing to undercut everyone else, and work longer/cheaper to the point of poverty, to make themselves some extra coin. It's the exact same thing we complain about mgt doing-- greedy moves to boost THIS quarters profits at the expense of the long term. Don't be that guy...
Global solution with PBS...more pilots, better QOL

I flew with a guy like that 2 weeks ago. Snowed for 10 minutes and we ended up with an inch of slush on the wing. He was ****ed when I went outside to double check the wing. He was yelling at me when I said we needed to deice. I told him I didn't want to end up on you tube. He pointed to the rj next to us as it didn't have any snow on it. I said go look at our cold soaked plane, I'll wait. we deiced.......
