These retirement monies are only going to make guys stay even longer. The lack of A plan cap increases will diminish the value of the A plan over time. The bullet points did not say how much notice.

Who/What defines unavailable? MLOA? Out sick?
Agree, more loose language.

Company changes things...hardly any foul. You get sick, you're responsible and there goes your pay.

Here's something I don't like. The supposed value of the TA is $1.2B, blah, blah, blah... How do they come up with THAT number? Does it only count costs to the company (3% almost COLA), signing bonus, etc? Does it include the "efficiencies" suntracted out of those "costs"?? Elimination of Passover pay, 1st class DH, 6 week bid periods, etc? Can't find that info anywhere and as Tony has already pointed out on multiple occasions, with the bullet points, the math is less than perfect. Makes me quite skeptical...

You obviously haven't flown international first or you wouldn't have to ask that question.

No wonder why the company wants them in our contract! Man, they really are looking out for our QOL! . Where is the "YES" button?!

Elimination of Passover pay???? For those that are assigned 777 training in the spring of 2017, new hires are in 777 ITU right now. So If true, Let's see that will cost us (or should I say .... Save the company......) 20k next year alone... So after the 10% raise is factored in, I am still down 10k..... Kinda makes this decision easy.... Send it back and try again.....

That's "slot denial pay" for ya. If you go NB FO to WB FO you get a check for $3K. That's it. Great deal, huh?! Oh yeah, and the 10% is essentially a COLA, which by definition, isn't a raise. So you got that going for ya 😀

At the bottom of the last page of the TA bullet points going around it discusses a "secondary line replacement LOA" that is TBD...

I'm curious ....is SLR LOA slang for PBS?
