..
Fegelein I'm thinking of was much more than a 'nazi sympathizer' - he was a general in the worst-of-the-worst killing unit - Waffen SS. (Ironically executed for desertion and treason in the last days of the war.)

"Hans Georg Otto Hermann Fegelein (30 October 1906 – 28 April 1945) was an SS-Gruppenführer (general) of the Waffen-SS in Nazi Germany.."

Enough said ... that would certainly make "our" Fegelein an aviation EXPERT!*?

Did I say that? I was merely replying to FH's comment about the name fegelein being associated with a former nazi "sympathizer".. There was another, much more sinister fegelein back then.

"Ours" is obviously a FDX/UPS/Delta/__fill-in-the-blanks chief-pilot.

Good Luck Everyone !!!!
Probably been asked before several times, but what are "likely" aircraft assignments for th next class of new hires? What % will likely get domestic 757 vs more international options like ANC MD11?

Ive asked this question before but i never got any info on it so ill try again.. I was filling out my fedex profile and one of the tabs gives me an overview of a test that ill have to take.. But there is no link for the test itself.. Does this mean you only get to take the test if they select my app?? Any info guys??

Hi all,

I've heard from a couple folks that FedEx might be changing their hiring mins in the future. Right now pilot credentials still says 1500 multi-turbine/jet. I've only got 1100 B-52/T-38. The rest is mostly T-6 time. 3,600 total, but I'm not currently getting any multi turbine time and won't for a while. Am I SOL?
