Default another TSA question

I have posted similar questions before. But now that I am getting closer to start my ppl I have a couple of concerns regarding the TSA background process. (because i am not a U.S. citizen I have to go through this). Okay, flight school #1 is very familiar with the process and if I went through them it would be smooth, but flight school 2 is much smaller and they are not as familiar with the process, but it can be done. Flight school 2 is significantly less expensive than flight school 1. For an example the C-150 costs $59 compared to $85, and C-172 costs $83 compared to $115. I made my mind to train at the more expensive one not only because it is very close to home and also because they are familiar with the TSA process. My main concern is this. I understand that TSA is very strict about their rules, and I do not want anything to go wrong. So I would not have any doubt doing my training, with the sacrifice of spending a lot more money. Any thoughts?

A friend of mine is a citizen of the UK. He trains at the same school i do. He has to do some extra paperwork and takes him a little longer to clear TSA. It is a small pain but nothing impossible from what I've heard.
