Default Best flight school to get my ATP!!!

Hey folks!

I NEED some input. I am planning or should say I need to get my ATP out of the way, ATP written is done already. I don't want to waste my time and money. I'm living in Arizona and looking for a school on the west coast. I orignally was looking at Shebles Aviation in Kingman, Az but I read on another forum that they have had a bad experience. I am currently thinking about ATP flight school in Las Vegas. The Phoenix location doesn't offer the ATP. I did my MEI at the phoenix location and was pleased with the service.

Any insite would be greatly appreciated. Like everyone else I don't want a school that is overly priced and a waste of time.

Thanks...

I think that whomever you spoke to that had the bad experience at Sheble's was in the extreme minority.

I've heard nothing but good things about their ATP program.

I wouldn't base the decision on what somebody says on the internet. File that information away, but I'd go check the place out in person if you really want to know.

Since you went to ATP and were happy with it, I'd say stick with them for the ATP. They do a lot of them and know how to get guys through it.

I was a CFI at PHX for ATP and the Chief Pilot will do ATPs on a case by case basis when I was instructing earlier this year. Since you went there he might do it for you.
