Actually, the incentive will be the fact that the 380 will only fly to major centers. It will be virtually all long haul and thus should provide a good schedule.
On the other types you get stuck with a lot of short trips, often to dodgy places in the middle of the night.
As stated though, the money is the same 380 to 310.
