I have an interview with Etihad in August, but I can't find much on the interview process. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks SB

I just have a friend that went recently, and was not selected. He told me that ACE FOR INTERVIEW is a must.

Any specific portion of the interview he didn't do well on? Do you know if your friend did the sim in the 320?

Yeah he failed the written test, the rest I got ask him when I get back to Amman.
He told me in addition, that they did some group work.
Etihad told him to apply again in 3 months. I will try to get some more info.
He holds around 20000+ hours and 8500 PIC in type (320).
