Default Cathy App Q

Hey, just filling out an app for Cathay. I was wonder what they mean by Secondary and Tertiary education? Particuarly Tertiary? Secondary I'm guessing is elementary and high school. Is Tertiary college? Any help out there I would appreciate. Thanks in advance.

Post secondary in the U.S. means after high school, I.E. college or university studies. It seems to me tertiary would follow secondary in much the same way. Of course I could be totally wrong.
