Default short list interview
My husband received an email from EK stating that he is on the short list for an interview. What exactly does this mean? Any idea of a time frame?

Forgive me if this was already asked. From the posts I have seen, I cannot find an answer.

From my understanding, it means that he is qualified, he looks good on paper and as soon as a vacancy for an interview comes up, he should be invited. However, it appears that interviews are full for the next several months. But that doesn't really mean much, because things change rapidly here. For instance, someone may cancel an interview a few weeks out and perhaps a call to your husband could be forthcoming. Mabe some of the other desert rats can relate a little better to the interview process these days.
