Of course, I don't guarantee that I'll know the answer to all of them though

Cargo,

Not sure what to say....I was amazed I got a call so quickly, probably just blind luck. Although, I think the fact I lived in the Far East for 8 years might have had something to do with it.

Check your PM's.

My guess (not that I have official info on it) is that we are pretty top heavy right now and with an active upgrade program currently, so I'm not surprised that they are concentrating more on the hiring of F/O's

I never got an interview with 9000+ TT and typed on the 767, for FO, Parc said they rejected the application with no details why, so it is hard for me to fix something I do not know what it is...

Could it be they don't want too much time? Just theorizing...

I don't think "too much time" is an issue...I had the interview for FO and I have 16,000+ with a type. I also have previous experience living and flying in Japan.

MAP is the VOR, which on the field. A quick look at the 10-9 chart shows that the VOR is about 1 mile down the runway. I use about 1 mile per 300 feet of MDH, so a MDH of 485 feet is about 1.7 miles....add the mile for the distance the VOR is from the threshold and I would use about 2.7 miles. Now, having said all that, you will break out in plenty of time and they want you to follow the PAPI down.

good luck

300HAT/NM Is it not? If you account for HAT it comes out to 2.5NM

I don't have the plates in front of me and it has been a while but I believe that 2.5 is correct
