I have a question about the application. I'm filling out my flight times and all - but do I have to differentiate between my Cessna 150 and 152 time or can I put these single engine trainer aircraft into one category? I so hope I don't have to differentiate - I wish I had logbook pro at this point!!!! Also, same for the light twin trainer aircraft? Do I have to differentiate between Piper Seminole and Piper Seneca time? Or again, can I put it in one column as Light Multi Engine Piston.

Thanks for all replies.

I went back and found my app....I did not breakout all the GA stuff into aircraft type. I put General Aviation or something like that and then they want PIC time and P2 time (co-pilot I think). It doesnt look like I even broke it out between single and multi time. I get the impression they are more interested in your airline time and how that breaks down between AC and PIC vs P2 time.
Good luck,
face

Can anyone point out any good/bad/different about interviewing in Seattle and doing the medical in Anchorage?

Don't know about the interview, but I heard that if you do the medical outside of Tokyo it will delay the results by a week or two. On the other hand I quess it will not matter as some of us (me) had to wait 6 months from interview to offer.

One of the big advantages to doing the physical in Anchorage was the availability of excellent microbrews down the street at Humpy's and The Snow Goose! The Snow Goose actually had a barlywine on tap in March. On the other hand, my results were indeed delayed by a week or two.

If you go with Parc how long does it take to get reimbursed for the flight?

You also get the added benefit of having someone that speaks English that can explain the tests to you.

I can't remember the exact time, but it was not very long. They are pretty good when dealing with your money.
