You web site does not differentiate between the two.
From your own web site:
"The big one: LCC pay all Indian taxes! 33% of whatever you make monthly.
- You are still paying your taxes (22%), notice the difference in benefits, the money they save from benefits, they pay the taxes for you. With NexGen/Air India, YOU are in control of how your taxes are paid."
then further down it says
"Taxes are the responsibility of the Pilot, we recommend that you seek taxation advice."
Which is it? are the taxes paid or not? If your company is issuing a 1099 to the employee but part of the compensation package is Indian taxes are paid, you sure are going to confuse the IRS and I see a audit headache coming.

I was not taking out anything out on you or your company. I was pointing out that the pay you are offering is far below industry standards. I am publicly saying that I think your recruitment company is getting far more $$s than you claim and you are dipping way to far into the pay trough and offering some sort of low end pittance. Not the first middle-man recruiter to lowball a propestive employee and won't be the last.

I see you choose your words very carefully. You imply that you were an officer in the Armed Services at attained the grade of Captain and by inserting "naval" it implies you were you an officer in the Navy, Marines or Coast Guard. Or were you just a service man and now owns a boat and is cleverly combing the two? What is the truth?
(Can I refer to myself as Supreme Commander of Allied Forces, since I once reached that rank in a video game?)
In the event you did reach the level of O-3, it is still improper for you to use your grade in the biz world.

A lame excuse at the best. I lost 2 interviews at the majors (DL, AA) because of 9/11 and one with TWA when AA bought 'em. I didn't throw in the towel and give up at he first sign of trouble. In your case, there were other regionals hiring and if you really wanted to make it in this biz you would have found employment. You chose instead to make it a coveiant excuse for the non-continuance of a career.

When dealing with professionals in the aviation biz, using the term Captain implies that you hold an ATP and at least one type rating. As one poster has already pointed out, the picture you post of yourself on the website also lends to this deceptive practice as you referring to yourself as Captain. As far as searching though the Airman's records, it is public record and only took about 2 mins and is a great resource to discover wether someone is bull$hitting you or not.

I have not attacked or publicly vented and I have no reason to be bitter. I have never done biz with you or your company nor do I ever plan to do so. MY style of leadership, that you question, is to get the truth out in the open in order to make an informed decision from the information I have on hand and not to hide behind some sort of implied facade that you choose to create by half truths. So, now that I simply pointed that you have no legitimate reason to tout yourself as a Captain, you go on the offensive and question my qualification. Nice try at a redirection. Maybe it is you that needs to review the Basic Leadership Role Principals, hint...look under deceptive practices, facades and integrity.
