Captjns, are you referring to Net Compass and Hainan in particular or other advertisers on CLIMBTO350? Jobs are scarce and I need one, hate to leave any stone unturned so I'm looking at Hainan.

I realize that jobs are scarce around the world, let alone in the US. However to lay out money for a round trip ticket on the hopes of being reimbursed is complete and utter desperation.

These low lives lure unsuspecting applicants to interview on the hopes of riches and rewards being bestowed on them after they have successfully completed their training… and yes reimbursement of expenses incurred during the interview.

Myself, I have never, nor, would I ever lay out a nickel to travel to interview for any job. It does not say very much about the company… IMHO that is.
PPRUNE has a great section devoted to foreign employment.

I think UPS and FDX require you to get yourself to the interview...back when they were interviewing.

Most who interviewed were employed by other carriers and could jump seat to the interview. They also had crew discounts on hotels too.
