I am planning to apply as DEC at these two carriers this year or next, when the next window opens. I am an Airbus Training Captain with over 3000 PIC time in the Airbus, but do not hold a Bachelor's degree. I do have an Associate's degree in Professional Pilot Technology though.

Any of you know what are the chances of being hired by these airlines without a Bachelor's?

NO it is not required, but is a +. I hold AS and I work as PIC on Royal Jordanian with no problems (A320 F). I want to continue but no quality of life. 100hrs monthly.

To be honest, I'd estimate that less than 50% of the EK pilots have any formalized higher education. That's not to say they aren't an intelligent group, but the systems in many other countries are very different than the U.S. system. College or University education is not normally a prerequisite to become a civilian pilot or obtain the better jobs.

The DEC window at EK is not likely to open in a year or two. They still want to keep the option open to hire DECs in exceptional circumstances, but the numbers will be very small. I wouldn't hold my breathe for them. Etihad might be a better option.
