Website has them hiring as of January. Any idea what the competitive minimums are? What they like to see etc?

Workopolis lowered their posted hiring minimums from 3000tt to 1500tt.

However I don't understand why, last I heard they have 3000 qualified applicants on file 800 of which with internal references. In the past you required two internal references.

Also a hard minimum is 1000multipic

Heard they're calling 10-12/month for interview.

Default WestJet Minimums
Hiring will continue through the year. Minimums are about 2500 hrs but classes are still averaging over 5000. Upgrades are around the 5 year mark now.
