Read what the ad is for: "for the post of Trainee Pilot from Indian Nationals belonging exclusively to the Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Class Community"

Looks like this is Air India's Equal Opportunity Program for Indian national minorities.

I just got done talking with my local FBO and they were telling me that every day they have more and more people of Indian heritage who are living in Texas now (where I live) who are wanting to get their ATP because of the opportunities in India. The juice on the grapevine says some are being hired with as little as 500 total hours. Most be something to that. I don't know if just anyone can take advantage of this hire boom though? Just wanted to put in my two rupees for what it is worth. (appx 1 Indian rupee = 0.0215560911 U.S. dollars)

They be right...Lots of Indians in Texas...Quite a few here in Charlotte as well...I presume anyone (UK / US / EU) citizens should be able to take advantage of this as well...
