Default EVA Airways

Gentlemen,

Does anyone have detailed info on Eva´s current terms and conditions for a B747 FO? Base pay, flight hour pay, pension, bonus, allowances / accomodation, per diems, training bond, etc?

Everything on here is at least a few years old and would be nice to have updated info about the contract they´re offering now.

Would be also great to keep this post strictly around the "financial" features of the contract, as there´s already a lot of useful info (bad and good) on this and other forums regarding other issues.

Thanks and Fly safe!

Send me a PM with your email, I'm on a trip with a former EVA guy, he doesn't have the latest and the greatest but we might get you in contact with one of the guys there currently.

Is there still quite a bit of attrition at EVA? I recall a bunch of guys jumping ship to Emirates not too long ago.

The place is a revolving door for years now, management doesn't like people to accumulate seniority so they are quite content with running a continuous training cycle.

Most pilots only use EVA as a stepping stone to something else. If you go there with that intention and can stay for the bond period it's not the worst move one can make in their career.

Quite a few guys have left EVA and moved on to very good jobs.
