Any info on getting hired at CS. How long after applying can you expect a call for an interview? How many pilots do they expect to hire this year, etc...

Not sure about your first question, but here's CitationShares latest hiring scoop:

-Hired 120 pilots in 2004
-Hiring 10-12 pilots per month, based on 24 new aircraft per year between now and 2010.
-That projects out to about 130 total new-hires for 2005

Freight Dog is right on with the info. It also helps to have an inside reference to help bring your resume to the top. It is not a requirement, as I didn't know anyone there when I got the call for an interview.

I have an interview next month. I did not know anyone there. Telephone interview was very cordial. I have not heard one bad thing about this company. I could use some updated interview info.

The phone interview was very cordial I agree. I did not know anyone there either. I have not gotten a call for an interview at this time, has only been 2-days since phone interview. Submitted resumes for 6-months. Do they normally set up the in-person interview during the phone interview?
