I believe we have a mix of 15 legacy (/47 only) and 20 NG. What you get is luck of the draw. All new hire training is in the NG and legacy is added later. I prefer the NG, but the legacy is nice because you can use a/c outlets on battery power and the batteries last a lot longer before needing a GPU.
First PC-24 is 3rd quarter of 2017. Flight testing is on schedule so ideally deliveries will be as well.

Be prepared to fly with some captains who are against ordering crew meals and GPU's. Company states that we the pilots are the "face" of the company. Blows my mind to see some captains put up a hissy fit about getting a GPU on a hot summer day in South Florida. If I paid a buy in fee of $300,000+ I'd sure hope the crew would attempt to cool down the plane. As far as the training contract goes... I know atleast 3 people who have quit within the first 1-5 months of their hire date and did not get pentalized for it. If you're really worried about it. Just go to a regional that offers a bonus.

Either way. If your goal is to be an airline pilot. Then I wouldn't come here. Although it's a great opportunity for a low time guy who doesn't want to flight instruct to build his 1500. I'd say about 50% of our SIC's. Are just here for the 1500.

Does anyone let management know about these issues? I can't think of a reason any pilot would refuse food or air conditioning.
