Here's a bit more that I received from a friend:
Starting pay is $46K per year on reserve (nothing like airline reserve) plus per diem ($1.70 per hour TAFB) and overtime (first year OT is about $25 an hour on top of your regular pay). That works out to about $55K the first year on the reserve schedule.
7-on / 7-off schedule biddable upon completion of training (you may or may not get this schedule right away depending upon which aircraft you are assigned). 1st year pay on the 7/7 schedule is $39K plus per diem and overtime.
Base Captain pay after 5 years is $90K on the 7/7 and $106K on the reserve schedule (plus per diem and overtime).
2 weeks of vacation to start (that's 2, 21-day off periods per year). Vacation tops out at 4 weeks after 10 years.
Health insurance is free (no monthly premium).
Domiciles: CMH, EWR, PBI, DAL & LAX (no jumpseat agreements so you'll most likely have to move).
Crew food provided by the company (i.e. at no cost to you) whenever you are flying through a meal period (in addition to the per diem).
No training contract.
Very nice hotels (Hiltons, Embassy Suites, Hyatts and Doubletrees are the norm, not the exception). You usually get a free full hot breakfast every morning in the hotel.
401(k) available after 3 months of employment, matching is 50% of 15%.
