Is this the email everyone has been getting leading up to an interview?

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities with NetJets Aviation. We have received your application and will contact you if you are selected for an interview. We will retain your application on file for up to 11 months. At that time, you will need to reapply or provide updated information in order to continue to be considered for employment after that date (please utilize the attached form). Also, we require a copy of your driving record from your state of license. Please fax a copy of your driving record to us 614-239-4826 as soon as possible.

If you are selected for an interview you must possess and present a First Class Medical that is within the first 6 months of the date issued (ATP/PIC privileges in effect).

Please keep us apprised of any changes in your employment and keep us updated on any address or telephone changes (if we do not have a correct address on file you will be eliminated from further consideration). You may submit current information by faxing it to 614-239-4826 or by mailing it to the address listed below in care of NETJETS, Pilot Recruitment, but please, no telephone calls!

Just wondering if this is a little glitter of hope for an interview. For everyone's info I submitted my application package on January 2nd. Thanks and good luck to everyone trying to get on!

I received the same email today. The application I sent in (the one they have to print on their web page) was processed into their system about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Bad news is I got the same email in Jun '07. Good news is I finally got an interview last month and will start in April. Citation X baby....Life is good!

I asked a guy how he liked the X, he said, its like this- you're sitting on a small chair with your feet in a bucket for 4-5 hours, and you might have to do that twice a day.

At least you get to have some fun, I'm sure those engines deliver a heck of a punch on take off and climb out.

It can't be any worse than flying the Lear 35. Did that for 5 years and loved it.
