With such little information to go on who is anyone to say what you should do. If you want people to take time and give you their honest opinion and feeling on the matter you should take a minute to explain your situation and what you are looking for.

Would you commute at either? Do you already have 1000 turbine PIC?

Flexjet will definately have a top of the line starting pay; however, you will not top out anywhere near what you would make at a 121 legacy or 121 cargo operation later on in your career. Plus, be ready to toss bags and jump at the business man's snap of the fingers at a corporate/ fractional gig.

Many people seem to enjoy the fractionals, though I have met people that do not enjoy it, especially those pilot's that have a family at home. Just do your research and make the best decision for you. Good luck.

Oh great! Another "What should I do, Where should I go" thread...

Only YOU can make that decision. To me it seems that Flexjet is the obvious choice.

Where do you want to live? Where do you want your career to go next? How much time do you want to spend away from home?

The answers to these and about a hundred other questions should influence your decision; not the opinions of a bunch of people on the Internet.

Personally, I'll be leaving the cluster [beeeeep] of the 121 world as soon as I have another opportunity that meets the criteria I've decided on.

Run to Flex from almost any regional job unless you really want to fly heavy iron some day and won't be happy unless you do. The 3 top fractionals all have made major improvements recently and are much better jobs than the regionals. Flying for the fractionals is a much different kind of flying and good customer service skills and attitude are required to do the job. If you can't see yourself loading bags, cleaning airplanes, giving passenger briefs, and having a lot of interaction with the passengers, then you should stay at the airlines. The fractionals are a great job for most, but not all pilots. You also need to be able to be away from your family for up to a week at a time and not everyone can accept that. Most likely it will be a huge improvement for you, but research the other posts about leaving the regionals for various fractionals and make the best decision for you- there are a lot of posts about leaving the regionals for NetJets and while Flexjet isn't quite the same, it is fairly similar so those posts should help.
