How much would a new pilot straight out of flight school make working for a fractional airlines? What are the best companies to work for?

It is an oxymoron actually. New pilot and fractional do not go hand in hand.

Take a look at this -->http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airlines/fractional.html for all of the payscales for the leading fractionals.

With the exception of the much smaller ones with much smaller payscales most will not consider you unless you have a few thousand hours with a thousand or so multi.

Even with the "minimums" for a company like netjets which for the most part is the pinnacle of fractionals you will need a very solid reccomendation as well as a fairly impressive resume to even get considered for interview. Once you get the interview you then stand around a 30% chance of getting hired from guys I have talked to who have been lucky enough to get an interview.

The good news is though that lots of flight schools will hire you if you have your CFI or you can traffic watch 8 hours a day if you do not feel like getting your CFI.

Baby steps my friend, youve gotta walk before you can run.

Go to the home page of this site, airlinepilotcentral.com, look for fractionals (on the right side), then click on the one you're interested in.

Pay is the same for everybody regardless of experience, that is first year F/O pay.

Best frac. to work for- NetJets seems to have the best contract, but CS and FX are good companies as well, all 3 have very strong backing (Berkshire Hawthaway, Cessna, Bombardier).

As far are getting hired at a fractional right out flight school, NO. Their minimuns are hard, which means they MUST be met. Even you meet their minimmuns (NJ, FX, CS), I still don't think that's enough to get you an interview. Considering the amount of applications NJ, CS, and FX have on file, I bet they never hire a guy without turbine experience again.

I don't know what type of experience PlaneSense and Avanti Air are looking for.

You seem like you really don't want to do the regional thing (can't say that I blame you).

The regionals suck, but they are hiring with low times and will probably be the fastest way to meet the hard time minimums at the good fractionals.
