Let’s face it. Some rich are getting poorer. Some not so rich are getting richer. As those that are loosing out can’t afford to pay their contracts, the newly rich are picking them up. There will always be rich (not so rich, middle class, and poor) people. It’s a fact of life. That ensures a fractional future.

CitationShares passes any annual savings to the owner. Right now the price is +$2-+$4 more than their contract price, in this situation the owner pays the extra cost.
