PHUE. Finally got the call, and can start breathing now. Was told class would be sometime in September. Congrats to all who heard and still praying for those who have not. Best of luck

Glad to hear the logjam is finally moving. I need lots of names below mine on the seniority list. Not that you get a choice, but the CE-680 (Sovereign) needs more SICs.LOL

Got the call last week. Looks like the Aug 18th (if the background check is completed on time).

WaterSkr and others with the call

When did they email you paperwork to fill out? Rachael said they'd email Monday or Tuesday and to fill it out ASAP (DA). She said either August or September but would know something in a week or so. Sounds like the same old song and dance. Only game in town so I'm being patient.

I received the email the next day, which as I remember was a Friday.

Keep in mind that the process seemed endless and there are others that interviewed before me that are still waiting. I feel lucky to find myself on this side of the fence for once in my career.

The history of it all was a mid May interview. An unofficial late May "looks good". An early July phone call saying that they were going to offer the job but it would not do so for two weeks. A mid July email saying that they would contact me the following week. Then the call came with the official offer.

Everyone's story is different. People I interviewed with heard virtually nothing until last week when they were offered the job. Be patient, and as long as no bad news arrives, you are in.
