I got called for an interview w/ 2510 tt. When I interviewed I had maybe 200 more hours, but they didn't know that when they called me.

I asked that very question during the phone interview a week ago and the HR lady told me that the biggest thing that makes you competitive is a strong customer service background and an understanding of their idea of "elite customer service." Best of luck to you!
