Default XOJet Maintenance

First off, my apologies if this is not the appropriate forum in which to ask these questions.

In a previous life, I worked for UAL's maintenance control in SFO and have a couple of friends still there that are interested in XOJet. They've seen job postings recently for a maintenance controller based somewhere near SMF and are asking me questions since I'm now flying in the corporate world. Unfortunately, I'm now on the east coast which has limited my ability to get any inside info about XOJet other than what I've read on APC regarding pilot hiring.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could provide answers to the typical questions regarding XOJet's maintenance experience requirements (airline vs. corporate and type specific), starting salary, and benefits.

Thanks in advance.

The best thing to do is tell them to apply online. All of those resumes are viewed fairly quickly. I can't tell you what the mins are as I really don't know. But they're always looking for good people in mx.
