I wish you all luck, but as more and more info comes out of Bridgeway, my guess is there will be very few new hires next year. I doubt NJA will furlough, but until the economy stabilizes I think NJA will probably not be taking all that many additional airframes. We'll probably take most of the ones we planned on for 2008, and I'd bet we keep getting some new airplanes to replace the most tired airframes after this year, but growth will have to stall in the near future or we will run out of customers to plug into the new airframes. NJA kept growing for while after 9/11, but there was a hiring and growth lull eventually. I have a feeling I'll be an FO for at least a few more years. Once again- good luck and I hope I'm wrong.

Ya, Rachel said that she did not have the numbers for 2009 yet, and she also said to plan on a 1-2 month wait to hear about going to Columbus. I'm sure it will be longer than that from what I have been reading hear. But she did say that they are still growing, and will be hiring throughout 2009, for what thats worth. She said all the indoc's were filled for the rest of the year, and was not sure about interviews/classes being as early as Jan, or as late as June.

Oh well.

Did mine Sept 2nd, got the same result. Seems like they are just sayng no to everyone now. I dont know what is going on over there in HR but to say that I am not too impressed would be the understatement of the year!
