Until the pilots bring in a union---Flexjet will continue to use and abuse them on short notice in the name of the bottom line. Guys pushing 6 years got it this time and it will continue until the pilots stick up for theirselves and take action. If you want to be treated like a contract pilot then go to work at Flexjet. Very sad.

Sorry for being uninformed...Is Flex reducing pilots again? I was there 6 years ago and still have friends over there I was hired in with.

Announced 35 furloughs coming soon. They need a union for some protection. Recall rights for 2 years only and then you have to re-interview for your job and start over at year 1 pay. What a joke.

With that said, why anyone would still want to try and get on with them is beyond me......

After getting furloughed by Flexjet in April 2009, I left the industry and became a cop for 13 years. Maybe it's time for a comeback to aviation....?
